Our founders continue to be fully engaged in the day to day operation of the company. Each has more than twenty years of sales and networking experience with consultants, equipment manufacturers, integrators and as entrepreneurs, having held various positions including systems engineering, network engineering, account and project management and numerous levels of technical and sales management.

Based in down town Kuwait, we provide all of our services in the entire areas of Kuwait, with product sales, maintenance, design and consulting services available state wide. We have our state of the art equipped workshops and dedicated printer service centers at different locations in Kuwait.

3. Quality, Service & Reliability

Sahara’s policy of “no solution, no charge” means that if we are unable to resolve your computer problems, then you will not be charged for our services.

Our onsite services are warranted for 30 days. If you notify us of a problem with the sevice you were provided within this period, and our resolution indicates that our services were not satisfactory, and then we will work to provide a solution to your problem as quickly as possible at no additional charge.

When we sell you equipment, hardware or software, we may resell such equipment, hardware or software on behalf of a third party manufacturer or licensor. If there is a problem with any equipment or hardware we provide you, your concern rest with the manufacturer or licensor of such equipment, hardware or software and not with us.
